Mr. Smarojit Roy brings over 30 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and market access within the healthcare industry to his role as Managing Director and CO-Founder at BRELER. With a proven track record of success, he has cultivated excellent relationships with top key accounts across India, including both government and private hospitals. Notably, Smarojit has spearheaded the marketing of medical device instruments under Teleflex and Roche, catering to major corporate hospitals as well as significant government accounts nationwide.
His leadership experience is exemplified through his tenure at various organizations, where he has held pivotal roles such as Sales Manager, National Institution Business Manager, and Zonal Sales Manager. This journey has equipped him with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, from grassroots to executive levels. Smarojit's strategic acumen, coupled with his adeptness in market planning, business analysis, and channel partner management, positions him as a dynamic leader capable of driving BRELER towards greater heights of success.

Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Mandal has been instrumental in orchestrating the successful implementation of medico-marketing strategies, resulting in the launch of over 8 innovative commercial ventures spanning diverse super-specialties such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular, Nephrology, Pediatrics, Vaccine, and Oncology.
